Time and Expense Tracking

Tracking time and expenses, whether it is from one computer or from several simultaneously, is a simple process. Use the stopwatch timer to track your activities, or simply enter all of your time at once. A long list of tools and preference settings make time and expense entry as effortless as possible. The unique Slip List displays your work in one location, with totals, and includes only the users, clients, and date ranges that you specify.

Billing

When it comes time to bill your clients, generating bills is no longer an all-day process. Simply click “Generate Bills” from the Navigator menu and select the clients you want to bill, date ranges, specific activities, or any of dozens of filters. To make it even easier, you can save all of these settings as a template to make billing a one-click process. You may also track time separately for each client project, and then bill them individually, or on one consolidated statement. Your bills are generated to your exact specifications with every detail you need, in the order you select, and in the format you’ve designed.

When you approve those bills, every time and expense record is closed and marked with the invoice number and date. You always have the ability to “undo” a bill in order to make a change, or even reprint an old bill whenever it’s needed.
